Life’s Purpose

The purpose of life is to live life with purpose — Robert Byrne

Often the question arises about the purpose of life and depending on whom you ask you are sure to get a different answer. But really, life’s purpose can only be determined by the one living it. Take this time to consider how you can live your life with purpose.

Quotes for Positive Change About Attitude

Dress to meet your destiny—Coco Channel

Coco Channel said it best. We should always dress our best. There is something special about waking up and putting on makeup, taking extra time with your hair, and putting on your best suit and tie. It can virtually shift your frame of mind and make you feel prosperous and upbeat. Dress the part for what you expect and watch the universe usher it in.

“Whether you think you can or can’t either way you are right.”– Henry Ford

So many people fail before they get started. This may be due to fear but it has more to do with how one views his or her capabilities. Successful people don’t doubt if they will succeed, to them it is just a matter of when. Are you committing self-sabotage? If you are telling yourself, “it won’t work”, “He will never be interested in me” or “I will never succeed at anything or have any kind of personal success.” You are setting yourself up to fail. Your thoughts and words have weight and immense impact on the outcome and each time that you feel you won’t succeed, well, you won’t. It’s just that simple. Just imagine if you shift those thoughts to something in your favor. All it takes is unwavering belief that you can. If you say it enough times you will begin to believe it and the tides will shift in your favor.

“What you resist persists.” — Carl Jung

Making Mistakes

One of the best lessons to learn in life is that mistakes are gifts. So many people don’t feel this way, however. Instead, they fear or avoid mistakes or worse, punish themselves for making them. Remember, it is all in the way you view the situation that gives it power. Consider what Gandhi and Mary Pickford had to say about making a mistake the next time you feel like beating yourself up over one.

“Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.”–Mahatma Gandhi

“If you have made mistakes, even serious ones, there is always another chance for you. What we call failure is not the falling down but the staying down.”  –Mary Pickford

Change Something

If things aren’t working in your life, maybe it’s time to make change. Many people are adverse to change and those are the ones that never move forward. Life is a continuous round of changes and in order to survive in some case, you have to bring in personal change. If your job is going nowhere, do something about it. Take courses, start looking for a better job, or start a small business. Do something to change the course of your life; otherwise you are looking at a pretty unhappy, drab existence. The same goes for staying in a miserable relationship. Ask yourself if that’s what you want for the next 20 years; to feel totally dissatisfied. The following quotes on positive change really drive the message home to make changes when things aren’t working.

“By changing nothing, nothing changes.” -Tony Robbins

“When in doubt, choose change.” -Lily Leung

“Nothing diminishes anxiety faster than action.” -Walter Anderson

Quotes for Positive Change When Taking a Leap of Faith

“Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors for you where there were only walls” — Joseph Campbell

It can be scary jumping from a place and not knowing where you will land. That’s what is required with a leap of faith. However, it doesn’t mean don’t look before you leap. In fact, it is recommended that you take a good look at where you are going and if you are in a position to get there; meaning your finances are in order and you’ve done your research. In other words, you are encouraged to do your homework, after that let go, and let God.

Always Aim to be Different

“In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different”–Coco channel

Coco Channel was eccentric and obviously wise. So many people are afraid of what others will think that they try harder to fit in rather than to be different. That won’t work in business or life for that matter because that makes you expendable. But to be irreplaceable means to secure your spot in life. No one can do it quite like you when you are not afraid to be different.

Never Quit

“If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.”—Theodore Roosevelt”

The thought of quitting is natural when the tides are high but just know that no one ever made it to success by quitting. Take a break if you must to regroup and to rethink your strategy if you must but don’t you quit. The next time the thought of quitting crosses your mind, please consider these positive change quotes to get you through it.

“Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” —Confucius

“Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.”

—Harriet Stowe

Reaching for positive change in your life is a good thing; otherwise you will become stagnant in so many ways. Without change you cannot grow into the content and happy person that God intended for you in this life. But it doesn’t magically happen. You have to initiate action and you are responsible for helping yourself.

Don’t sit around waiting for something to happen, start making those changes today and watch your life transform. When you need a little shove or inspiration to get you started, spend some time reading quotes for positive change.

Motivating Techniques

6 Motivation Techniques Tips to Ignite Your Enthusiasm

Practical Motivation Techniques That Work

Motivating TechniquesThere are times when you need to dig into your own personal motivation techniques to keep you focused and passionate about your goals. You know those when those occasions happen. You have big dreams. You want to accomplish great things. You’ve set ambitious goals for yourself that will bring you the happiness, success and wealth you long for. You sit down to get to work on making these dreams a reality and… nothing happens. How frustrating is that? We’ve all been there. You’re lacking one key ingredient that can be hard to come by: MOTIVATION.

How can you get excited about doing the real work it will take to make your dreams come true? How can you ignite your enthusiasm and find the energy you need just to get started, let alone maintain it for the long haul? The word motivation itself comes from the Latin verb movere, and that verb means “to move.” Here are 6 tried and true motivation techniques that will give you the spark you need to get moving and stay moving in the right direction!

Motivation Techniques for Starting Out

Motivation Quotes. Whatever goal or challenge you’re facing, someone else has faced it as well. In fact, someone relatively famous or successful has probably faced it and has also said something noteworthy about it that can inspire you as well. There is comfort in knowing that. Searching for related motivation quotes online is one of the easiest and quickest ways to get you excited about what you’re doing. Just go online and type in “Quotes on…” and fill in your topic. You’ll get an impressive array of sites with quotes that can relate to and that will inspire you. You can even print them out and put them up in places where you’ll see them frequently. Motivating quotes can be real motivators just when you need them most!

Here are a few motivating quotes that are amazing and will give you the power of inspiration.

“You can make a wish..or you can make it happen.”

“Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.” John Wooden

“We are always getting ready to live, but never living” Ralph Waldo Emerson

Visualize the Prize. Sometimes you can lose sight of why you’re doing something, which can really kill your motivation. At times like this, you need to be able to remind yourself of why you’re doing something. For this to be effective you have to do a two-step process: 1) Visualize what things will be like when you’ve reached your goal, then write it down and make sure you have handy access to it when you need it. For example, let’s say you want to improve your health and physique by working out more often. Take some time to write a vivid description of how you will look and feel when you’ve obtained your goal, including things other people might say when they meet the new you. Feel that amazing feeling of winning and before you know it, you have a wonderful smile on your face. Visualizing a winning outcome of your goal is a sure-fire motivation technique to lift your spirits and drive to succeed.

Break It Down Into Quick Wins. If your goals are somewhat ambitious or lofty, you know you need to break them down into smaller, manageable action steps that will lead to goal fulfillment over time. When you do this, make sure that the list of action steps is front-loaded with items that you know you can easily accomplish in a relatively short amount of time. Just crossing off something you have accomplished is a motivation technique that will boost your energy. You’ll be surprised at how good you feel when you have nailed a number of these quick-win items and it will give you extra energy and inspiration to move on to the harder items on the list.

Here is a great motivation video to get you inspired.

Dynamite Motivation Techniques for Staying the Course

Use the Buddy System. Think back to your summer camp days or elementary school days and you might remember the buddy system – being paired up with a “buddy” so that you each look out for each other. It’s a great idea that we should use as adults as well! In this case, however, we’re using buddies to hold us accountable to our goals and action steps. This will work best if the partner you choose also has a set of goals that they’re trying to accomplish. You can lean on each other for support, encouragement and a shoulder to cry on when the going gets tough. This is one of those motivation techniques that has a huge win rate, because you always have good support.

Positive Feelings Journal. This method of staying motivated is designed for things that you know you need to keep doing, on an ongoing basis. These are the items that often get sidetracked or cancelled because of life’s many distractions. When you do a specific item in question, make detailed notes of the different positive feelings you experienced afterwards. For example, when you do your exercise session, list out how you felt afterwards – energized, healthier, more focused, able to do more work and so on. Staying positive is a powerful motivation technique that you simply can’t be without, if you want to achieve your goals. So keep that list handy and when you’re feeling like you want to skip doing it, whip out the list and remind yourself in detail of how great you know you’ll feel if you just go ahead and do it!

Forward-Momentum Questions. This motivation technique is designed to make sure you’re being as creative as possible as you work towards your goals. Questions are great for checking your assumptions and sparking new thinking. Try questions like, is there a better way of doing this? How can I get around that obstacle? How can I make doing this more fun? How would _______ (insert a variety of famous or accomplished people) tackle this? As long as you’re asking questions like these, you know you’ll be coming up with as many options as possible to keep things moving.

Yes, you have big dreams and big goals, but having them isn’t enough. Now you also have six practical motivation techniques that will give you the jump-start you need to get moving and keep moving in the right direction!

Quotes on Life Struggles

You Are Not Alone: Quotes on Life Struggles

Quotes on Life Struggles: This Too Shall Pass.

Quotes on Life Struggles

When you feel like life has handed you more challenges than you think you can possibly handle (and we all feel that way from time to time), it is important to realize what you can learn from quotes on life struggles. You are not alone! Billions of people throughout history have faced similar hardships. This article presents the collective wisdom of people throughout the ages who descended into the depths of adversity, and emerged victorious. Reading inspirational quotes on life struggles can help you find inner strength.

Quotes on Life Struggles Part 1: Oh great, another f—ing learning opportunity…

If that is how you feel when adversity comes your way, you might be in need of some reminders about the value of hardship. Not that you would seek it out, mind you, but you can at least have a better frame of mind when it comes your way, which is all but inevitable.

Adversity is the first path to truth. ~ Lord Byron ~

But the question remains, what truths will be revealed when your journey takes you through hardships and setbacks? There are quite a few things you might find. Here’s a sampling (with key points underlined):

Adversity is like a strong wind. It tears away from us all but the things that cannot be torn, so that we see ourselves as we really are. ~ Arthur Golden ~

Adversity has the effect of eliciting talents, which in prosperous circumstances would have lain dormant. ~ Horace ~

When the Japanese mend broken objects, they aggrandize the damage by filling the cracks with gold. They believe that when something’s suffered damage and has a history it becomes more beautiful.~ Barbara Bloom ~

If I had a formula for bypassing trouble, I would not pass it round.Trouble creates a capacity to handle it.  I don’t embrace trouble;that’s as bad as treating it as an enemy.  But I do say meet it as a friend, for you’ll see a lot of it and had better be on speaking terms with it.~ Oliver Wendell Holmes ~

All the adversity I’ve had in my life, all my troubles and obstacles, have strengthened me… You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you.  ~ Walt Disney ~

If good ol’ Uncle Walt could see the good that has come out of troubles and obstacles, surely we can all try to remember this when our luck seems to be going sour. We must actively seek out and claim the silver lining of each dark cloud that passes through our lives to avoid becoming mired in negativity.

Quotes on Life Struggles Part II: Practical Advice For Getting Through It

Now that you have a better frame of mind when setbacks come your way because you know that some good will come out of it, you probably still want to know how to get through the hardships when they do occur. Here is the sage advice from a variety of notable, quotable people:

When adversity strikes, that’s when you have to be the most calm. Take a step back, stay strong, stay grounded and press on. ~ LL Cool J ~

If you’re going through hell, keep going.  ~ Winston Churchill ~

In times of great stress or adversity, it’s always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive. ~ Lee Iacocca ~

I learned to put 100 percent into what you’re doing. I learned about setting goals for yourself, knowing where you want to be and taking small steps toward those goals. I learned about adversity and how to get past it.~ Kristi Yamaguchi ~

I contend that not only can you laugh at adversity, but it is essential to do so if you are to deal with setbacks without defeat. ~ Allen Klein ~

Every problem has in it the seeds of its own solution. If you don’t have any problems, you don’t get any seeds.~ Norman Vincent Peale ~

When written in Chinese the word “crisis” is composed of two characters – one represents danger and the other represents opportunity.~ John F. Kennedy, address, 12 April 1959 ~

If you’re thinking that much of this article was just a variation on the well-known saying, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade, you’d be right. It may be a cliché, but the reason it’s a cliché is because there is truth in it! Dale Carnegie, an early personal development writer who penned the famous How to Win Friends and Influence People, gets the credit for coining the lemon-to-lemonade phrase.

I’ve presented these quotes in this article to help you with two things: Remembering that there is value in experiencing hardship and offering you some practical advice when you’re in the thick of it. I hope these quotes on life struggles help you in your time of need!

What Creates Inspiration?

What Creates Inspiration?

Inspiration Can Be Life Changing

There are a lot of things that can provide you with some kind of inspiration in your life, and it can come when you least expect it. Being inspired has propelled people to success.

Inspiration can happen when you read a poignant or touching story. It can come from reading a book, hearing a song, watching a movie, looking at a picture or talking to someone. It is one of those magical events and feelings that can dramatically transform a routine day into an uplifting and thought-provoking experience.

What is Inspiration?

I think of inspiration as an action or thought that arouses a very strong positive feeling inside you, that seems to lift your very soul. When you feel inspired by something or someone, it can really alter the way you think about things, and can cause you to change your outlook from something gloomy or indifferent, into something very optimistic and positive.

An inspirational movie that immediately comes to mind is “Pay it Forward.” I hope you had an opportunity to see the movie about a young boy who strives to make the world a better place. It will get you thinking and that’s what it’s all about.

Even in the middle of a stressful time in your life, you can always find inspiration and it’s at those times when you should seek some kind of inspiration. Even looking at old photographs of family and friends can inspire you to smile and feel happy recalling old memories, when life somehow seemed simpler.

It can inspire you to create a beautiful new photo album or create a slideshow to give to someone. Just giving can make you feel inspired. Having a loyal pet that loves you unconditionally will inspire you to take responsibility for your pet and to go for walks to get you out of the house. Who knows, you may even be inspired to start a pet sitting service, or a pet photography service.

Reading beautiful inspirational quotes can make you think about yourself and your situation in life, and can move you to do something about an unhappy circumstance. Inspirational quotes are often written by inspirational people. There are people who instinctually understand the power in words.

Watching videos like the one below can bring you inspiration;

A Story of Inspiration

I recall sitting beside an elderly gentleman on an airplane a few years ago who left me with inspirational thoughts that stayed with me throughout my trip, and for many weeks after. After exchanging some conversation, I discovered that he had recently lost his wife of many years. It was obvious that he missed her very much, as tears welled in his eyes when he talked about her, and the many memories they shared. He said to me “Don’t ever let anything stop you from experiencing the true joys in life, no matter what, and don’t put things off.” I knew exactly what he meant and why he said it.

I smiled because it was almost like he could read my mind as I was in the middle of making several life changing decisions, and not easy ones. His words that day actually helped me make those decisions because I looked at them in a different way. I was inspired to look at things differently. Things turned out well for me.

Inspiration is all around you. You will find inspiration in a picture, a song, a book and even in the words of a kind stranger.

Accomplish Anything

Take Control and Accomplish Anything

How To Accomplish Anything

Accomplish AnythingThere is no doubt that our lives are busier than ever, even with all the so called time saving gadgets, trying to accomplish anything, let alone everything, sometimes becomes simply overwhelming. There is work, managing family and home needs, bills to pay, and other commitments, goals and hundreds of tasks that suck up every hour of our waking day. There are times when you just want to escape the day to day routines and relax somewhere on an island of serenity. But you know your responsibilities aren’t going to magically disappear and they weigh heavily on your mind, so here are some tips to help you accomplish anything.

The Motivators and Energizers That Help Me Accomplish Anything

My life is extraordinarily busy and there are two things that I apply daily, to enable me to accomplish anything. Those two things are what I label, motivators and energizers.  Motivators give me focus and inspiration and energizers give me the boost I need when I am faced with a mountain of tasks and responsibilities.

Energizers

 1. First and foremost, take good care of yourself.

It’s much easier to feel energized and positive when trying to accomplish anything, when you are eating well, exercising, and getting enough rest. Make time to fuel your body with healthy eating and energy giving foods like fruit, vegetables and lean meats. Exercise can rejuvenate the body and mind, so get some kind of exercise daily, even if it is walking the dog for 20 minutes

 2. Remind yourself of all the things that you feel grateful for in your life.

This for me is both an energizer and a motivator. Those everyday pressure and challenges that come with an overwhelming “to do list” don’t seem quite as bad when you are continuously reminding yourself of the good things that are right in your life. Every morning, I take a few moments to think about how lucky I am to have a great family and career. Having an appreciation and being thankful for everything I have, makes a huge difference in my outlook and revs up my motivation and energy.

 3. Making a fist to increase willpower.

This sounds amazing, but it is so true. Research has proven that the mind and body and so closely intertwined that the act of clenching muscles makes you feel totally in charge. Timing is important when you do this. Wait until just before you are about to embark on something that is important, then clench your fists tightly and let that psychological advantage power you to accomplish anything. Try it.

 4. Do something nice for someone.

There’s nothing quite like the great feeling you get when you perform an act of kindness for someone. There’s a wonderful surge of energy and adrenaline that fills your mind and body. That good feeling can last all day. Studies show that there is a feeling of power that comes to you when you carry out a moral act of kindness. It gives you a feeling of strength and heightens your willpower. So take a few minutes in your day to give someone a reason to smile. The sensation you will feel will empower you to accomplish anything that you need to.

 Motivators

1. Surround yourself with positivity

We are all affected by our surroundings and it’s a proven fact that people, who have positive associations, have positive affects. Keep clutter away and fill your space with symbols and pictures of success and happiness. Your subconscious is taking inventory of all that your eyes see, so allow them to focus on accomplishments that mean success. Positioning success in your vision will inspire you to accomplish anything.

 2. Remember the reason.

You would be amazed how motivating it is to imagine in your mind what it looks like to finish that goal of weight loss, business success, house renovations, or anything else that you are striving for. Picture the results and think of the benefits of accomplishing your goals. Feels good doesn’t it? When stress sets in because of feelings of being overwhelmed, stop and remember the reason you started the goal or task in the first place. Picture the end result and feel it.

 3. Ask yourself a question instead of telling yourself, “I must.”

Instead of saying to yourself, “I have to finish this,” ask yourself “Will I finish this?” Instead of making a demand on yourself, change your way of thinking about it and make it a choice. By suggesting you have a choice helps you buy into it. It lifts that heavy feeling obligation from you. That helps you to get more emotionally invested in your objectives and take the steps necessary to accomplish anything.

 4. Make a contingency plan to increase willpower.

We all know what it’s like to be physically and emotionally exhausted after a rough day. You just want to kick back and lay on the couch and vegitate. But there’s still a long laundry list of things to accomplish, so how do you attack that? You make a backup plan just for days like this. Enlist support through family and friends to ensure you stay on track. For example if you committed to yourself to take a 15 minute power walk everyday, plan to do that with a friend or loved one. They will help you retain your willpower and stay on track. Write a list of your goals and have a close friend check in everyday with you to see how you are doing. Just talking about your objectives and tasks is a profound release, and knowing someone is behind you will increase your willpower to accomplish anything. The more you use your willpower through repetition, the stronger it becomes.

Employ the Right Techniques and Accomplish Anything

There are many ways and methods that I use to help me accomplish the things that I need to do. These are a few that I hope will help you. I used to write an impossible list of items that I thought must be completed today, or the roof might fall in on my head. I placed high expectations on myself and found I just couldn’t seem to accomplish everything that I needed to. I felt frustrated. The good news is that I now make a reasonable list and put a priority on each item, and then I figure out a backup plan in case unforeseen things happen, or I have one of “those days.” I take the time to motivate and energize myself everyday.  These simple but powerful techniques have changed my entire way of thinking and provide me with everything I need, to accomplish anything.

Motivation Techniques

Motivation Techniques

Motivation Techniques

Hurt and pain, or dissatisfaction in life often is the reason why people change. You need to learn good motivation techniques to help keep you positive in times of strife. Read positive thinking changes everything.

For example, mounting debts remind us of our inability to improve our finances or look for another source of income. Being embarrassed or humiliated gives us the strength to speak up and defend or fight for ourselves to prevent the same thing happening to us again. There are many things in life that can motivate us and there are great motivation techniques to change and improve our lives. It could be a painful or humiliating experience, hearing a friend’s tragic story that touches your heart, a great movie, or book that gives us inspiration to move forward and make improvements in our lives. When you feel motivated to make a change, pay attention to that good feeling that comes over you when you know your life is about to get much better. Learn how to get motivated with motivation techniques. You will be amazed at the results.

Motivation Techniques and Thoughts

There are so many negative elements in the world today that influence our daily lives and can affect how we feel, so it extremely important to keep motivated. Motivation is a positive stimulus to your personal thoughts and can mean the difference between a mundane life and a fabulous life.

Motivation Techniques that Really Work

Try these motivation techniques and tips to help keep you feeling grounded and enthusiastic. They work for me and they will work for you.

Believe in and stay with your dreams, everyday. This motivation technique will help you actually achieve those dreams. Avoid negative people, things and places like the plague. Negativity breeds negativity. What we focus on, we empower and enlarge. Good multiplies when focused upon. Negativity multiplies when focused upon. The choice is ours: Which do we want more of?” JULIA CAMERON

Always believe in your self, and in what you can do. We all have some kind of special talent. Remember, it’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not. Keep this motivation technique in your thoughts everyday.

Think about situations from every angle and aspect. True motivation comes from sheer determination. There are different sides to everything and everyone in life. Look deeper.  When you analyze circumstances from several perspectives, you will gain a better understand of life..

Never give up and don’t give in. Even if you fail once or twice, the reward of success always comes to those people who do not give up. Oprah Winfrey is one of the most iconic faces in this century as well as one of the richest and most successful women in the world. Oprah faced an abusive childhood and many difficult setbacks in her career. She was fired once from her job as a television reporter because she was “unfit for TV.”

Do things and be with people that you truly enjoy. This a a natural motivation technique. Work at something you love, even if it starts out as a hobby. Focus on doing things that make you feel good, and happy. Live, laugh and love everyday with real sincerity. It will lift your spirits. Real motivation occurs when people feel happy.

Stay close with Family and Friends. Good relationships are a wonderful support system through all phases of your life. People who love you give you strength to do anything you want to.  Stay connected to them because they will believe in you.

Give more than simply “just enough.” Motivation and self improvement take place everywhere you go; including work, home, and social events. When you apply extra effort in doing things in your life, positive forces are on your side. “It’s not that I’m so smart; it’s just that I stay with problems longer.”  Albert Einstein

Ignore people who are jealous and try to destroy you. Never let other people to get the best of you. Steer clear especially of toxic people. These are the kinds of acquaintances who hate to hear anything about your success and always try to downplay it, or make a negative comment.

Be yourself. The real key to ultimate success is to just be you. The key to failure is to try to please everyone around you. So remember this motivation technique. Pleasing everyone is impossible, so stick with who you are and what you know. You are unique. There is no one in this world that looks, acts, or talks like you. Put huge value on your life and existence, because you have just one life to live.

Don’t wait, make things happen. Motivation is when your dreams are put into action. Write down your dreams and make a plan. Nothing will happen if you don’t implement a plan.

Don’t get discouraged.  It is often the last key in the bunch that opens the lock to success and change in your life.

Never feel compelled to lie, cheat or steal. Always be ethical and play a fair game because whether you believe it or not, what goes around will ultimately come around right back to you.

Practice always makes perfect. Practice is about motivation. Mistakes are stepping stones to learn the right ways and recover from our mistakes. Successful people learn from their mistakes and with practice, become exceptional at what they do.

Quitters never win. And winners never quit. So, it’s entirely up to you to choose your own fate. It’s easy to quit and they are no rewards. But when you persevere and win, abundance and rewards are yours for the taking. Are you a winner?

Prepare yourself. Motivation is also about being prepared…for success.  Listen to that voice inside that pushes you to get going, and to make those life improvements and changes.  Stop procrastinating and making excuses and make those changes.

Learn to take control of your life. Discipline and self control go hand in hand with motivation. These are two key factors in self improvement.

Try to understand others. If you can communicate well then you have won half the battle. Being able to talk is great, but really learning how to listen is just as important. Lots of people hear, but they do not listen. Those that know, do. Those that understand, teach. Aristotle.

Visualize it. If you can’t visualize and see it, you cannot make it happen. Motivation without vision is like an airplane without wings. It is there, but doesn’t go anywhere.

Want “it” more than anything. Motivation means truly believing. And to believe that something is actually going to happen is the foundation for motivation and self improvement.

The “Wow Factor.” Put the wow factor into everything you do. That is one of those motivation techniques that makes you stand out from everyone else. When you are motivated, you tend to put the those special extras in your life like; extra time to be with family, provide extra help at work, giving extra care for friends, and much more.

Motivation Techniques

“Just do it” Do you really want to improve your life? Then do it. Stop making excuses as to why you can’t, and make that first step.  Once you make that step, everything else has a way of falling into place. It makes you feel exhilarated and your motivation goes through the roof!

Practice these motivation techniques daily, because motivation really is the heart of self improvement. Successful people know all about motivation techniques and they practice using them all the time.
